Our technology leverages your body's natural response to vibration, transmitting waves of energy throughout your body 30-50 times per second. These rapid contractions, combined with specific exercise postures, accelerate your workout and your results. With your full effort, 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week is all you need.
