Welcome to Balance Point, a friendly and uniquely effective fitness studio. Whether you're a trained athlete, busy young professional, baby boomer or senior, you'll find the support you need for greater fitness and vitality at Balance Point. Our combination of cutting-edge technology and old-fashioned personal attention from our highly trained staff makes the difference.  We'll design personalized exercise, weight management and nutrition programs to improve your well-being and transform your life.  Our classes give you variety and motivation.  We have over 50 classes weekly including Yoga, Mat Pilates, Flow and many more.

Runners, walkers, couch  potatoes, and everyone in between have achieved and maintained their personal fitness goals at Balance Point.  We'd like to help you do the same.

Your membership includes six personal training sessions with one of our certified professional coaches. Then we'll develop a customized workout routine for you. And whenever you work out at Balance Point, whether individually or in one of our popular classes, a coach will be on hand for support and information so you always make the most effective use of your time.
