
Marsha Macro
ACSM, ACE, Pilates Trainer, Certified Power Plate Instructor, Level I & II
Marsha is a 40 year fitness professional with an undergraduate degree in Physical Education from Colorado State University and many hours toward her master's in Biomechanics. An international trainer and teacher, Marsha has taught and lectured throughout Canada, Europe, Asia, Japan and South America. She is frequently referred to as the "teacher's teacher."

As a Master Trainer for Reebok for 10 years, she focused on the biomechanics of fitness and was part of the developmental team for Flexible Strength, Cycle Reebok and the Cycle Reebok Interval Training Program. She was also a master Trainer for Body Training Systems, teaching Body Pump and Body Flow to instructors nationwide. In addition, Marsha is a "four star" presenter for IDEA, and has presented for the American College of Sports Medicine.
Marsha became a competitive cyclist at age 59, and now holds numerous national and world records, two World titles and eight National titles. She has extensive body knowledge and a strong commitment to helping people at all levels of fitness achieve functional strength.
Previously, Marsha was owner and director of the Body Centre, a spinning/Pilates studio in Southeast Denver. She has developed programs for a variety of Colorado health clubs, including specific programs for seniors.
Stefania Nohavickova,
Certified Power Plate Instructor, Level I & II
Stefania has been the Assistant Coordinator for the Healthy Moves program sponsored by the Health Center at Auraria Campus which offers holistic health programs such as Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, etc. Stefania has also assisted in marketing the program and created programming to meet campus and local community needs. She arranges speakers, workshops, and makes classroom presentations on Health and Wellness for academic classes.
Stefania holds a degree in Holistic Health and Wellness She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) and a Reiki practitioner. A native of Slovakia, she has trained in nursing and massage therapy. Currently Stefania is studing Yoga Cikitsa (Therapy) at Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala Center.
Eliza Faas,
Certified
Power Plate Instructor, Level I & II
Eliza Faas is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and an advocate for fitness. Born and raised in Colorado, she participated in varsity soccer and swimming through her high school years. While attending Colorado College, she continued to be passionate about fitness and sports, participating in soccer and in the gym. Group exercise classes have been her main focus.
Eliza earned a certification through 24 Hour Fitness then took it to the national level through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also a certified Body Pump, TURBO kick-boxing, LIFT class and Pure Barre instructor and enjoys building on her experience to help others achieve a healthy mind and body.
Katie Radcliffe, Certified Power Plate Instructor, Level I & II
Katie is a native of Denver and a graduate from CSU with a degree in Health & Exercise Science. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from hospital patients and older folks to amateur and professional athletes. Katie is also enrolled in Pre Nursing Studies and plans to become a nurse. She has been working with the Power Plate since 2009 and is a Level I and Level II certified Power Plate trainer.
Katie loves the outdoors and just about every sport imaginable.
Jack Lambiotte, Certified Power Plate Instructor, Level I & II
A lifelong fitness and sports enthusiast, Jack is certified as a Personal Trainer through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). He holds a Group Exercise Instructor Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). As a graduate of Level I and II Power Plate Academy, Jack is licensed to teach Zumba and Zumbatomic (Zumba for kids).
Jack is also a hockey goalie, first having laced up the skates at 6 years old on a frozen pond in his home town of Rockford, Illinois. He’s an experienced hockey coach, having taught 5 year olds through high school. Jack sings and fronts 2 Colorado rock and roll bands, and plays a mean harmonica too. He’s an experienced radio personality, stage actor and has dabbled in stand up comedy as well. His 25 year love affair with Colorado is centered around the mountains and a rabid snowboarding habit.
Kendra Macro, Certified Power Plate Instructor, Level I & II
Kendra is a certified Level I and level II Power Plate coach as well as a certified Pilates instructor, Body Pump, Body Flow and Body Attack. Kendra managed and directed the Body Centre, a Pilates studio in the Tech Center for 13 years. She has extensive experience working with a variety of clients in the Pilates arena.
Briana Beasley, Certified Power Plate Instructor, Level I, ACE Certified,
Briana has been teaching group fitness classes for the past 10 years, including Pilates, Body Pump, Power Plate and her true passion, Body Flow. She is most interested in helping people of all abilities gain strength through increased activity and improved body awareness. Briana has completed introductory training in Tai Chi and Yoga, but attributes her fitness and body knowledge and her extensive training in Pilates to her fitness mentor, Marsha Macro. Briana is also a communication specialist for a local mutual fund company and enjoys playing golf, cooking and spending time with her family.
