"In March of 2008 I developed a massive blood clot in my left leg and in both lungs from a fall. As a result of the damage to my leg, I would often wake up with my leg throbbing in pain. I also experienced swelling in my leg and ankle nearly every day. I would tire easily and had limited flexibility.
I have been working out every other day at Balance Point for the last two months. My leg no longer wakes me up throbbing in pain and I have only experienced minimal swelling 1 or 2 times a month in the last 2 months.
I also have increased flexibility and caught myself when I tripped recently with no ill effects. I attribute all of my progress and increased health to my work outs at Balance Point.
